At Elegant Threads Bridal, we understand the importance of a perfect fit on your special day. Although refunds or returns for incorrect sizes are not available, we are committed to helping you get the size right. We’ll work closely with you to confirm your measurements before your order is processed, ensuring a tailored fit as much as possible.

Order Cancellation Policy Please note that once payment has been made via credit card or any other method, cancellations cannot be processed. We kindly ask you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy Returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions:

  • If the delivered item is defective.
  • If the item differs from what was ordered.
  • If the quantity of items delivered is incorrect.

For returns or exchanges due to our error (such as defective items, incorrect delivery, or transit damage), we will cover all shipping and handling costs.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges We do not accept changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for orders based on customer preference or for the following reasons:

  1. Minor issues such as partial thread unraveling or incomplete thread finishing.
  2. Minor stains caused by production processes, such as pen marks or machine oil.
  3. Minute stitching variations, including slight misalignment of lace or minor sewing imperfections.
  4. Size discrepancies resulting from inaccurate customer measurements, weight fluctuations, pregnancy, or other changes in body shape after ordering.
  5. Items that have been altered, including hemming, or have been cleaned or used by the customer.
  6. Items that are scratched, damaged, soiled, or exposed to odors such as tobacco or perfume due to customer handling.
  7. Goods kept in the customer’s possession for more than 5 days after delivery.
  8. Differences in color, design, specifications, decorations, comfort, or other features compared to the product image, which may occur due to screen variations or natural product variation.

  10. Any issues arising from delayed opening of the dress bag, particularly in humid or warm conditions, which may lead to condensation and potential mold. We recommend opening the dress bag promptly upon delivery and hanging the dress in a cool, ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
